Forget the Galaxy Note 3 pre-orders, ATT has launched the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 LTE version and this model features a 1.6 GHz Smapdragon 400 processor rather than the 1.2 GHz chip that is more commonly utilized. The new 7 inch tablet is available off contract for $300 or with a two year agreement for $200 and $20 with ATT Next.
