Tetris Wedding Cake Doesn’t Have Enough Tiers

new-tetris-game-cake

When I think wedding cakes I think five foot tall tiered monsters, not one leveled gaming cakes. Don’t get me wrong, I think this cake would be absolutely AWESOME for a birthday or anniversary or even just a gaming get-together, but I think something as sacred as a geeky wedding calls for a little more than a single level Tetris cake.

They also don’t take into consideration the basic premise of the game. If these piece were all in place, the lines would have already vanished into your score. Come on people, think!

Bomb-Damaged Game Boy Amazingly Still Works

They don’t make gaming consoles like they used too. Do you think a PSP would be able to withstand a Gulf War bombing and live to tell the tale? That’s exactly what this Game Boy has managed to do.

Despite being blown into a burnt plastic mess this Game Boy still somehow maintains the ability to trudge along its gaming destiny, still playable and for the most part, surprisingly intact.

Tetris Chair Adds a Taste of Retro Gaming Into Your Den of Geekery

tetris-chair

I sort of feel like Kanye West posting about modern pop-style furniture, so of course, there’s only one thing that can be said. Wait for it…

This chair is pretty good, and I’mma let you finish, but the Mouse Pad Sofa is the greatest geeky piece of furniture of all time.

Gameboy Cake For the Tetris Fan

Every year around Halloween I go on a serious sugar bender. There’s something about this season that fuels the five-year-old inside of me. The problem is that I can literally look at a slice of cake and gain five pounds.

So while this Game Boy cake looks extra scrumptious with its M&M Tetris design goin’ on, I think I might have to say no to a slice of this delicious creation. Oh… what the hell… om nom nom.

Awesome Pac-Man and Tetris Gaming Shirts

concept-gaming-clothing1

I’m in love with the subtle beauty of these two awesome t-shirt concepts. The Pac-Man shirt features Packy om-nomming your buttons while the Tetris tee shows a set of Tetris blocks at the base of the shirt, but my favorite part is the long vertical Tetris block used as the zipper. Hit the jump to see the Tetris shirt.

Tetris Hair Style and Dye Job

tetris-bricks-hair-cut

If you’re not the type to get something quite as permanent as a geeky tattoo, a new do is a great alternative for showing off your geekiness, as witnessed through this awesome Tetris hair style.

Even if this is a little too “in-your-face” for you, there are some other awesome ways to display your love for retro gaming. Me? I’m comfortable in the fact that I’ll be a geek the rest of my life, and I’m not scared to show it.

Airdrop Tetris Tee: Look Out Below!

airdropfulltee

Would life be easier or more complicated if Tetris was played using an airplane? Well, at least we can promise one fact with certainty; it would be a hell of a lot more expensive.

As you all as my witnesses, one day, when I move out of my humble cardboard box, I will play Tetris using an airplane, oh yes, I will play Tetris from an airplane. And don’t worry about casualties. I’ll have the money to pay off their kin. Or at least I’ll have enough money for an delicious automatic weapon.

Game Boy iPhone Pouch Case Reminds You of the Good Old Days

gameboyiphone3

Remember when Bush number one was president, the dust from the fallen Berlin wall had barely settled and a little handheld gadget named Game Boy ruled supreme? The Game Boy iPhone Pouch takes me back to the days of laying in bed for hours, trying to beat my own high score of Tetris.

I’ve been one of those bare back iPhone users. Letting my phone get some air doesn’t seem to have caused much damage, though the awesomeness of this pouchy case is calling my name. Either that, or those voices are back. Maybe I should get my medication dosage checked.

New York City Hotel Tiles Floor With Pennies

pennyfloor1

As far as tiling goes, this has got to be the most ostentatious floor paneling we’ve come across. The Standard Grill Hotel in New York has a uniquely tiled floor. The floor is tiled with thousands of shiny pennies. Real, authentic, actual pennies.

You might miss it if you don’t look close, but I guess it’s the small things which can make a huge difference. Now if I want to impress anyone I’m going to have to tile my floor with silver dollars. Thanks for fucking it up for the rest of us.
